Summary
In this workshop, students will dive into the world of smart homes while learning about good and bad cybersecurity practices. They will also explore concrete strategies to strengthen their online safety, such as using a password manager or a secure DNS service. They will also learn how to interact with a smart home and create simple smart home automations. This workshop blends practical digital‑security skills with a hands‑on exploration of the Internet of things technologies.
